HOPE – Molly's Blog

I was born with hope,

I will die in hope,

For a brighter tomorrow,

For me not everything that we think is sorrow!

When we see a butterfly,

Did it ever think it could fly?

For it was a mere crawling caterpillar,

To transform into something so beautiful, it had to go through a scary cocoon thriller!

Like the graceful and serene lotus,

If you really closely focus,

Even when stuck in the murky mud ponds,

It embraces the situation and it bonds,

For it knows that finally its destination is the Lord’s feet,

That’s where the lotus has its real seat!!

Life will throw at us many storms,

Lightening, thunder, rain and wind in many forms,

If we lose hope and take it as sorrow, we will sink,

Face – it bravely and take it as a challenge, it may disappear in a blink!

In the end, what really matters is the human spirit,

Even the biggest hurdles can’t come near it,

Sing a song in the most freezing night,

Sooner or later it will get warmer and there will be sun light!!
